Q. We are trying to set up an HA system for our customers (we are a TELCO company).

We are searching for different components to be integrated (but it seems that you have all of them):

- a gateway controlling HA sensors and actuators (with cross-referenced list of device supported), with discovery, pairing of devices and so on.

- an HA agent for the gateway (or a set of native API) for linking to a back-end IoT platform (messaging + service + management .....)

- APP for local HA

- an IoT back-end platform for publish-subscribing, data storage, ESB, API for remote APP and so on. Hosted on premise in our datacenters.

- a video server for security APP hosted on premise in our datacenters

- APP for remote HA.

Main service for HA are security, comfort and energy saving.

We are testing a lot of gateways and IoT cloud platform. We are member of Thread group. We are considering a roll up of LoRa in the center of Italy. We have a lot of POC based on Zwave, Enocean, 6LoPAN.

Now is time for us to choose the right solution for commercial offering.


Looking at you DM2016 you can offer us each part of this system.

What we can do together is to segment your huge offering defining the following scenarios:

1) Full White label solution [from device to remote APP]. You send us MOQ, cost of components, pricing scheme for packages and IoT. We choose components, we brand it and we sell it.

2) [your HA APP package] on top of a [third parts gateway] linked with [your IoT + video cloud management solution]

3) [your HA APP package] on top of a [third parts gateway] linked with a [third part IoT + video cloud management solution] (it is not clear if this scenario is a part of your offering)

4) [your GW + your device + your IoT HA package] linked with a [third parts IoT + video cloud solution].

 A.For the components you're looking for, we can provide all except a video server for security APP hosted on premise in our datacenters.  As the storage of video clips is not included in Netvox IoT solution at the moment, please source another IP camera supplier for that part.  Also, please note that in order to achieve full Netvox proprietary features and ensure the stability of the Cloud-based Wireless Smart Home (CWSH) System, a specific, undisclosable Trust Center Link key and Network key will be applied to all devices you purchased.  The key will be the same for all future orders so that the devices can work together.  Third-party ZigBee devices will not be able to join the Netvox network.

As for the scenarios, we believe the white-labelling would be the quickest way to set up the HA system because it would save you a lot of time and effort on integration.  The MOQ for white-labelling would be 1000 pcs per item. 
We recommend you to test some samples first and have a better understanding of our products.  Please find the sample list attached and specs at Version).pdf.  Recently, we also launched a starter kit for Raspberry Pi II that includes some devices, sample codes and RESTful API documents to ensure a smooth development process.  The introduction is attached for your reference.  Please specify the devices or packs you'd like to test, and we'll make the quotation accordingly.  Please don't hesitate to contact us if there is any other question.
